We structure our studio so that key senior members are across all projects, ensuring each project is prioritised company-wide, and our directors and key staff are integrally involved in all aspects of design and delivery.

The Role

Finding people who are a good fit for our studio is important to us, and we have a new opportunity for a PMO Manager to join our growing team. The PMO Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate and integrated reporting and governance activities that enable the timely and effective delivery of all projects that reside in our PMO.


• Work with Steering Group and Project Leaders to prepare detailed project programmes.

• Coordinate the central PMO governance, reporting and compliance.

• Monitor and analyse project programmes to identify resource and budgeting requirements.

• Create and manage the project schedule and project delivery framework.

• Identify gap and opportunities to improve PMO governance and reporting.

• Manage project compliance by monitoring, tracking and reporting on the status of project deliverables to ensure time, costs and quality metrics, are in line with approved project plans.

• Participate in project workshops to identify and collate information that will impact the project program.

• Organise and document all project meetings.

• Prepare weekly program status report for Steering Group.

• Prepare and distribute all project stakeholder reports and communication.

• Work with Steering Group and key stakeholders to ensure agreed delivery milestones are met.

• Provide expert advice and insights to the project team and key stakeholders.

• Assist with the preparation of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key capabilities

• 5+ years’ Project Management experience working with a diverse range of clients and industries (Architecture / Design preferred but not critical)

• Advanced skills and knowledge in project scheduling and reporting software packages including Microsoft Project

• Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken

• High attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
