Successful food and beverage design requires specialist knowledge and BAR Studio has a vast portfolio of highly successful F&B projects that attest to our expertise in the area. Director Stewart Robertson’s work with tonychi and associates in New York provided him with an extensive training in F&B design and led to him designing landmark projects such as Grand Hyatt Tokyo’s Maduro and The Oak Door and Hilton Sydney’s Zeta Bar and Glass Brasserie.

Since forming BAR Studio Stewart has continued to develop the studio’s F&B expertise and BAR Studio has built an extensive portfolio of F&B projects, whether integrated into an overall hotel design or stand-alone “destination” restaurants and bars.
